Students are constantly being bombarded with IT in their lives. They come to school as digital natives and we are their immigrants. We need to teach and learn using these tools, as they are using them anyway. We need to guide them through this shift in education, or we will have a group of unmotivated, disengaged youth. The main thing that inspires me is Laughter. It is the epitome of our joy as a people and is shared by all. It is the true sign that our actions have reaped positive rewards.
